The OR Manager Conference will be held in Nashville, TN, at Music City Center from September 18-20, 2023. Pre-conference workshops and the Reverse Expo will be held on Sunday, September 17.

The official hotel of the 2023 OR Manager Conference is the Omni Nashville Hotel. Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $284 per night plus tax. Visit the Book Your Hotel page to reserve your room. The group hotel rate deadline is Monday, August 21, 2023.

Visit our web page on how to earn CEs during the conference. Following the conference, you will access your CE certificate in the OR Manager Education portal at ceu.ormanager.com. Please create an account with OR Manager if you do not already have one. If you are having trouble accessing the portal, please contact client services at email@example.com.
The 2024 OR Manager Conference will be held in Las Vegas, NV, at the MGM Grand from October 28-30.

OR Manager’s Reverse Expo takes place on Sunday, September 17, from 2-5 pm, followed by a reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Considered “speed dating for business,” you will have the opportunity to meet with suppliers in short, 8-minute meetings where you can get straight to the needs of your facility and 100% attention from the vendor representatives. Meetings are assigned based on mutual preferences of both the buyer and supplier.
Those involved in the purchasing process for their facility will be approved to participate in the Reverse Expo. If you’re interested in participating in this event, please express your interest during the registration process. We will contact you to confirm your participation. All conference passes are reserved for healthcare facility employees and qualified individuals only. Individuals representing manufacturer or vendor service organizations must be a sponsor or exhibitor to attend the OR Manager Conference.
Business casual is suggested for the conference.
If you are a licensed employee of a health system or facility, you may qualify for an Expo Hall Only. This pass type grants access to the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, September 19 only. No CE contact hours will be offered to Expo Hall Only passholders. Please email Lindsay Botts at email@example.com for more information.
