When and where is the OR Manager Conference, ASC Leader Summit and PACU Manager Summit?

The OR Manager Conference in conjunction with the ASC Leader Summit and PACU Manager Summit will be held in Denver Colorado at the Gaylord Rockies Hotel & Resort from October 17-19, 2022. Pre-conference workshops will be held on October 16.

How do I submit an award nomination?

There will be 5 awards announced at the OR Manager Conference. You can submit your nomination and learn more about each award here. Nominations will be accepted through Friday, August 26th.

Where do I submit a poster presentation proposal?

Poster proposals will be accepted through June 1. You can submit a poster on the OR Manager website here.

What is OR Manager doing to ensure my safety at the event?

The OR Manager Conference is staying up to date with the COVID-19 situation, and following guidelines from the CDC. OR Manager has taken these precautionary measurements to protect all attendees at the live event. Please view the following documents below to learn more about our safety protocols. Are there group discounts to attend?

Of course! When 2 – 5 people register together, they will automatically save 10%. If you have a group of 6 or more, reach out to Nikki McVicker at nmcvicker@accessintel.com for larger discounts! Find out more here.

How do I access my CEs after the conference?

Visit our web page on how to earn CEs during the conference and how to print your certificates after the conference is over. If you are having trouble accessing the portal, please contact client services at info@ormanagerconference.com 

Are there discounted hotel and airline rates?

Yes, when you register using our exclusive hotel link you can save on your stay during the conference and stay right by all the action.

Are there dates and locations for the 2023 conference?

The 2023 OR Manager Conference, ASC Leader Summit and PACU Manager Summit will be held in Nashville, Tennessee on September 18-20, 2023.

How can I participate in the Reverse Expo?

OR Manager’s Reverse Expo takes place on Monday, October 17 from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. Only those involved in the buying process for their facility will be approved to participate in the Reverse Expo. If you’re interested in receiving participating in this event, confirm your interest during the registration process.

Can I volunteer at the OR Manager Conference?

Yes! Please fill out the volunteer application form and return it to Carrie Shapiro at cshapiro@accessintel.com prior to July 1, 2022.

Can I purchase more recordings than my initial conference pass comes with?

Yes. Additional recordings for tracks are available within the registration process. If you have already completed your registration, you may click the ‘edit my registration’ button on your email confirmation and add any recordings.

Do you allow press to attend and report on the conference?

Yes! Please contact Nikki McVicker at nmcvicker@accessintel.com to be approved as press and sign up for a complimentary All-Access pass.

What’s the dress code for the conference?

Business casual is suggested for the conference.
