Submittal Form for Conference Presentation Proposals

The Call for Submissions is now closed.  However, if you have a speaker nomination or session topic you wish to submit please download the word document form and send to either Jess Tyler or Judy Dahle.

OR Manager Conference 2012 will be held October 24 – 26 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.

All submissions must be received by November 1, 2011

Speaker Requirements:

• Each presentation should include at least one take-home tool that the participants may use in their work following the conference.

• Willingness to be interviewed and/or featured in an OR Manager article or webinar at a future pre-arranged date.

• Submission of handouts must be on time as a condition of full expense reimbursement.

Reimbursement:

• OR Manager offers for 1-2 speakers only:

• Complimentary registration for the 2-day conference

• $300 travel reimbursement by the OR Manager Conference

• Two-night complimentary hotel stay at Caesars, the venue for the 2012 Conference
